Percy L. Davis, 90, passed away on March 13, 2024 at his home. Visitation will be at Breeland Funeral Home from 5 – 7 pm on Thursday, March 14, 2024. Funeral services will be 11 am Friday from the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in the Canton Cemetery.
A native of Scott County, Percy lived in Canton for most of his life. He was the long-time owner and operator of Percy’s 7-11. He was a member of Parkway Pentecostal Church.
He was preceded in death by: his first wife Ozella Westbrook Davis; father, Fred Davis; mother, Lucy Gertrude McCurdy Davis; and step-daughter, Wanda Miller.
Survivors include: wife, Betty Odom Davis; sons, Freddie P. Davis (Mary Kathryn) and Allen Davis; daughters, Elizabeth Davis Hays (David) and Carolyn L. Davis; step-sons, Allen Berry, Robert Berry (Loraine) and Michael Berry (Sharlene ); step-daughter, Carolyn Baker; grandchildren, Jeff Davis (Julie), Lee Davis, Jena Ivy (Jason), Whitney Davis, Savannah Davis, and Wyatt Davis; and numerous great-grandchildren.
